High School: Keith attended Lenape Valley Regional High School where he played both Football and Baseball.  Keith was named 1st Team All-West Jersey and 1st Team All-Conference for sporting a 7-0 record on the mound during his senior campaign.

College: Keith is a graduate from Rowan University with a BA in Health and Physical Education.  While at Rowan, he was a player/ coach for the Rowan Club Baseball Team.  Keith is currently continuing his education at Kean University and obtaining his MS in Exercise Science.

Coaching: Starting while in college, Keith was a player/ coach for the Rowan Club Baseball Team.  Once graduating, he started his High School coaching career at his alma mater Lenape Valley Regional High School. At LVR, Keith gained experience coaching Football, Basketball and Baseball.  In 2016, Keith was named the Head Varsity Baseball Coach at Sussex County Technical School where he coaches both football and baseball today.

Career: Keith is currently a high school Health and Physical Education teacher at Sussex County Technical School.  Keith also holds his ISSA CPT, Strength and Conditioning, and Sports Nutrition certifications.  Keith has aspirations of becoming an Athletic Director in the near future.
